  • 1. What are the reception opening hours?

    06:00 AM – 11.00 PM
  • 2. How to get from the airport to hotel?

    From Suvannabhumi airport:

    1. Take the airport rail link from Suvannabhumi Airport to the BTS Payathai station. Then take a taxi from The BTS to the hotel.
    2. Take the taxi directly to our hotel. The fare is approximately 400 Baht, depending on traffic conditions.

    From Donmuang Airport:

    1. Take a taxi directly to the hotel.
    2. Take a taxi to Mo- Chit Station (BTS), then take the BTS rail to the Ratchathewi station, take exit 3 to the traffic light, take a left turn, and walk 600 meters to Cacha Hotel.

  • 3. Where are the nearest restaurants from the hotel?

    The nearest restaurant from the hotel is Kobe Steakhouse, which is only two minutes by walk. You can also find local food at one of the local markets located on Petchaburi Rd., alley no.5,10,12.
  • 4. What is the price difference for kids?

    All children are welcome. Those under 7 years old stay free of charge.

    All older children or adults are charged THB 300 per night as an extra person.

    The hotel does not provide an extra bed, but we will gladly set up an extra mattress on the floor. The maximum number of extra mattress in a room is one.

  • 5. My flight will be arriving at midnight and I will check in at around 2 am. What should I do?

    The reception operating hours are from 06:00 AM. – 11.00 PM. If you arrive after 11 PM there is a security guard who will verify and give you a keycard. We confirm that we will keep the room until you check-in.
  • 6. If it's possible to deposit my bags after checking out?

    You can deposit your luggage after checking out in a day without any charge.
  • 7. Possible to request for twin bed.

    You can ask for special request but all your requests are subject to availability upon arrival.
  • 8. Do you have pick up service from Suvannabumi airport to the hotel and how much it costs?

    Our hotel does not provide transportation service. We would suggest you to take a taxi meter from the airport directly to our hotel which is very convenient. The fare is approximately 300-400 Baht, depends on traffic conditions.
  • 9. What is the nearest sky train or subway station from the hotel?

    The nearest sky train station is the Ratchathewi BTS Skytrain station. It is about 10-minute walk.
  • 10. Do you offer room service 24 hours?

    Our hotel does not provide 24 hours room service. For room service, the operating hours from 7.00 A.M. – 6.00 P.M.
  • 11. How much do you charge for extra person and what I will get?

    The room rates are for occupancy of 2 guests maximum per room. Additional guests are subject to extra person charge as in below policy.
    • Only a child at 7 years or under may stay free of charge with their parents not include breakfast, with no extra mattress/ pillow/ blanket. Limited 1 Free of Charge child per room.
    • 7 years and over will be charged 300 Baht per person per night not include breakfast. If includes breakfast, the charge is 500 Baht.
    • The hotel does not provide an extra bed, we only set up the mattress on the floor for the extra person.

    ** Valid passports or government issued ID of all guests must be presented at the time of check-in.

  • 12. Can I have late check out at 6 pm?

    We are pleased to accommodate late check-out upon available room. In the case of a late check-out before 6pm, an additional half day rate will apply. For check-out after 6pm, a full-day rate will apply.
  • 13. Can I check in at 9 am on my arrival date?

    In case of early check-in prior to 09:00 A.M is subject to room availability. If the room is available, there will be extra charge for early check in THB 500.
  • 14. Does your hotel allow us to smoke in the room?

    To ensure all the guests comfortable stay, smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms. Smoking is allowed only in special areas of the hotel on the 5th floor. Following this rule allows us to maintain high standards and offer our guests quality service. We hope for your understanding.
  • 15. Does the hotel provide laundry service?

    24 hrs. Self-serve washing and drying machine are available at a laundry room.
